2025 Post-Fair Information
If you sold an animal in the 2025 Graham County Junior Livestock Auction, you must send thank-you notes to your buyer and to anyone who added-on to your project.
You will receive a statement with your buyer and add-on information by October 31st.
As Jarom Lunt shared at the pre-fair meeting, please submit your thank-you notes to the appropriate board member for review. Amy will send instructions with your statement.
Deadline: Please submit your notes by December 1st. There will be a $250 penalty for notes received after December 1st.

New this year:
1. Minimum Age Requirement 8 years old by January 1st (previously 9).
2. Market Heifers will be allowed in the market cattle show.
3. Minimum weights updated/increased:
Market Lambs - 110 lbs minimum
Market Swine - 220 lbs minimum
Market Cattle - 1000 lbs minimum
4. Maximum pay weights for auction updated/increased:
Market Lambs - 150 lbs
Market Swine - 280 lbs
Market Cattle - 1400 lbs
GRAHAM COUNTY FAIR DATES: October 8th-11th, 2026
REMINDER: YQCA, Seasonal Pass, and W9's are due at TAG-IN. We will need a W-9 from ALL exhibitors this year (2026). All exhibitors must attend an outside show with their animals prior to fair entry.

Saturday June 6th, 2025 (Steers, Swine, Lambs) 7:00 am - 8:30 am
Wednesday Evening, June 10th, 2025 (Steers, Swine, Lambs) 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday June 27th, 2025 (Swine, Lambs) 7:00 am - 8:30 am

We need sponsors for the 2026 Graham County Junior Livestock Auction. If you, or someone you know, are interested in sponsoring a buckle or general sponsorship, please contact Amy at grahamcountyjrlivestockauction@gmail.com . Sponsors may display company banners during the livestock show and auction.
REMINDER:
Animals not sold through the auction will not be hauled to the packer (each exhibitor may only sell one animal unless they win Grand Champion Market, Reserve Champion Market, or County Bred & Fed Market). Outside arrangements for additional animals will need to be made by the exhibitor/parent, and the animals will need to be picked up on Sunday, October 11th.
